Our reception desk is open from 08:00 to 18:30 Monday to Friday. Between 08:00 - 08:30 the main door will be locked. If you need to speak to the administration team please call 07539526961 (please note this number is not for appointments, but only for building access during 08:00 - 08:30 while the main door is locked).

Our phone lines are closed between 14:00 – 15:00 on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. On Wednesdays, they close at 14:00 for the day. You can access urgent medical care by calling NHS advice line on 111.

Extended Access

You can book appointments in the evenings between18.30 - 20.00 and on the weekends between 08.00 - 20.00 for doctors and nurses. These evening and weekend appointments may take place by phone, video, or face-to-face depending on your clinical need. 

You may be offered an appointment at another local GP practice or another local NHS service. Please call us and we will book you an appointment of your choice. 

When We Are Closed

For urgent advice when the practice is closed call the out of hours provider Care UK call 111.

In case of an accident or emergency only, you’re nearest A&E department open 24 hours a day is at Whittington Hospital or University College London Hospital. 

Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.

NHS 111 Online

111 online is a fast and convenient alternative to the 111 phone service and provides an option for people who want to access 111 digitally. 

Your needs will be assessed and you will be given advice about whether you need:

  • Treat yourself at home
  • Go to a Primary Care Centre

If you need face to face medical attention you may be asked to attend a Primary Care Centre.
