All prescription request are to be requested by email or fax, you can request that your chemist request it for you. We will then send your prescription electronically to your nominated pharmacy.

Our reception desk is open from 8.00 am to 6.30 pm Monday to Friday
Please note on the day appointment are not released until 9.15 am
Our phone line closed between 2.00 -3.00 pm. You can access urgent medical care by calling NHS advice line on 111.
As from Monday 7th October 2019, we will be a training practice for students and trainee doctors. This may mean that you will be asked to see a trainee as part of the training process, after that consultation you will see either Dr Segarajasinghe or Dr Hoque as part of a joint consultation.

The Pine Street Medical Practice Online
Pine Street Medical practice aims to provide excellent patient care in a happy working environment which values practice and personal development, respects people and is based on achievable and realistic goals.
We are a teaching practice and will occasionally have students attending. You may be offered appointments where students maybe sitting in during your consultation. Please speak to the receptionist if you would like a standard non-teaching appointment. You will always have the choice of what type of appointment you would like, and this will not affect your care in any way.
Named GP Information
Please be advised that all patients at the practice have a named GP who is responsible for their overall care. If you wish to know who this is please contact the practice. All patients have a right to decide who they wish to have as their named GP. If you wish to change your named GP, please inform reception and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request.

Surgery Access for Disabled
The practice is wheelchair accessible and we have consulting rooms on both the ground floor and first floors. Portable loops are available please ask at reception when you attend.
