Patients on regular medication may make a request for their medication in the following way:
- In person at the reception desk
- By fax 0207 833 2159
- Email email@example.com
- By your pharmacy
- or via our website, you will need a password for this please see one of our receptionist.
If you would like your prescription to be posted back to you, please enclose a stamped addressed envelope.
Please allow 2 working days for your request to be processed from the day we receive it. Allow a further three days for postage.
Please do not leave your medication until you run out. Remember that your medication is your responsibility.
Any uncollected repeat prescription will be destroyed after three months. For safety and confidentiality reasons we do not take requests for repeat prescriptions over the telephone. Appointments / telephone consultations should not be made for repeat prescriptions.
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see either a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications.
Please allow two full working days between requesting and collecting your medication.
